The Junior Sales Agent role is a great position to learn more about the Real Estate industry while getting experience in sales, client management, marketing, team work, and so much more.  The role is to work closely with the managing agent to nurture client leads into relationships while supporting agents in home searches, open houses, contacts, negotiations, and client management.  This is an opportunity to get licenced as a Real Estate Agent while working in the field and learning how to be an effective and competent Realtor.

This position works great with people who are starting or have started their Real Estate Licence Education with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).

Compensation

This role is a half time to full time position. Hours are flexible but there are daily tasks that need to be completed 5 days/week.  We work from the Sotheby’s Office on 17th Ave and 7th St SW Tuesdays - Thursdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm.  This position is a mixture of pay and commission.  Pay is $1,000/month FTE plus the expectation of earning $2,500/month in commissions.  This position is a 6-12 month contract that has the opportunity to turn into an Agent position on the team.

• Respond to inquiries

• Creating online property searches

2. Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database

3. Support Our Agents

• Respond to client requests
• Set-up / run open houses
• Conduct property showings
• Assist with contracts
